  • North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI) is a part of the N.C. Division of Child and Family Well-Being. It is the lead agency for the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program (ITP), which provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three who have special needs.Sixteen Children’s Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across N.C. work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed.   • Greensboro Cerebral Palsy Association– GCPA is an organization dedicated to giving families and their children hope when facing disabilities.   • Beginnings For Parents of Children Who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, Inc.– Beginnings is a non-profit that helps parents and families understand hearing loss, and the diverse needs of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.   • Down Syndrome Network of Greater Greensboro– DSNGG is a non-profit organization committed to enrishing the lives of individuals with Down syndrome by connecting with new families, providing social and educational opportunities for their members, and promoting awareness and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in the community.   • Autism Unbound– Autism Unbound is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing needs of the autism community in the areas of advocacy, education and support. Their mission is to enable persons affected by autism spectrum disorder to live more independent, full lives by influencing the future today.
